This guarantee is crucial, considering that certain governance features within the system allow for the partial or complete freezing/disabling of fake or compromised accounts. The identity verification protocol ensures that even individuals who violate the rules by creating fake accounts will always have one unfrozen account, thus ensuring uninterrupted network access. Such accounts may bear warnings to discourage such conduct, but access remains unfettered.
